Cheryl Alexander, company founder

Cheryl is the founder of Cheryl Alexander & Associates (CAA) and

the creator of the Leadership Development Exchange (LDE).

Throughout her career, Cheryl has connected people across cultures

and generations building trust, respect, and collaboration. She is a

catalyst for individuals to become authentic, agile, and caring

leaders while thriving professionally and personally. Her passion for

learning, seeing trends, possibilities and synergies makes her

multidimensional programs and coaching unusually effective. The

results are felt within organizations and continue to grow over

time.

Julie Palazini 

Julie brings more than 20 years of experience as a performance

consultant, coach and master business instructor in financial

services, customer contact centers, and higher education. She has

extensive experience leading change management efforts.

Her passion is helping others grow, and her career has focused on

skill development, individual coaching, and team performance. She

believes individuals and teams that leverage personal strengths,

bring out the best in each other. Her work as a coach and trainer is

about harnessing our inner resilience, creativity, and capacity for

learning.

We celebrate the legacy of Tami Sulistyo, President of CAA, Inc until her passing in 2023. Throughout her career and in many aspects of her personal life, Tami  had a passion for cross-cultural communication, understanding and  connection. Tami was a life and career coach and a mentor to many -  described often as a beacon of light, demonstrating how to live with joy  and become the best version of ourselves.  She made the world a kinder, friendlier place through her care for and interest in each person  she met. She opened doors, was a catalyst for personal growth and  confidence, and a bright light to show us the way through rocky moments.
